Parent-Child Therapy in
Houston, TX
For parents or caregivers and children
ages 0 to 5, together
The earliest years are relational and foundational to a child’s wellbeing and development. This is where the work happens too: with you and your child in the room together. Parent-child therapy focuses on strengthening the bond between you, helping you understand your child's cues and behavior, and building the tools your family needs to move through hard moments with more ease and connection.
This work draws on Early Relational Health, the science of how the bond between babies, toddlers, and caregivers shapes lifelong wellbeing, along with somatic, trauma- and grief-informed, and attachment-based approaches. Rather than treating your child in isolation, sessions center your relationship, since young children heal and grow best alongside the caregivers they depend on.
